Best Western Plus Holland Inn & Suites

We found that the hotel was clean and close to everything we needed. It’s near many restaurants and down the road from Nelis Dutch Village. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly.

Met friends for brunch we made, so didn't eat there. Coffee was good. Smelled delicious (bacon or sausage,) Location and facility very nice. Everything very clean & present; lovely amenities. Didn't try pool but hot jacuzzi very nice. Open until 11 pm; they let us stay a bit later. Worried about someone taking my purse. The low hot bath in room had plenty of hot water and was clean & pleasant. Many lovely towels. They had access to coffee machine in room, microwave; only used the small refrig. Good temp control / heat; was set on air-condition when I arrived. Had to walk down to ask where ice machine was. A staff member walked me down to show me. Did have vending machines. Very nice hotel.

We loved our affordable spacious room with the big whirlpool tub. We also chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The cold bar breakfast options were plentiful and yummy! Those packaged waffles were SO good!!
